GH-500 series rollover bus/truck wash machine, suitable for cleaning dust, oil stains and other stains on the surface of large vehicles. Automatically clean the front, roof, sides and rear of the vehicle through the action of water, detergent and cleaning brush. The bus washing machine is composed of a mobile brushing system, an electric control system, a water supply system, a detergent supply system, etc. When the vehicle stops at the designated position in the cleaning area, the bus washing machine moves on the walking rail, automatically sprays foam and start brushes washing, and can choose whether to use the top brush to clean the front, rear or roof during the cleaning process. The touch screen can be used to select whether to use foam as well. For 2 side brush structure, high pressure water will be added to the top to wash the top of the truck.
1. How to solve the installation problem?
Under normal circumstances, we will send 1-2 engineers to the customer site to install and debug the equipment. If engineers are unable to travel, we will provide very detailed installation drawings and online guidance. The customer needs to have mechanical and electrical engineers on site. The equipment will be installed and debugged in the factory before leaving, and each component will be marked to keep a one-to-one correspondence with the installation drawing.
2. How to solve the after-sales problem after the equipment is installed?
We suggest using online social apps to build direct communication groups. Each group includes the customer representatives and our factory technicians. If you have any after-sales problems, you just need to describe the problem clearly and send relevant photos and videos. Our technicians will guide you and provide a solution immediately.
3. How long is the machine warranty?
For car washes with brushes, the equipment is guaranteed 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed for 3 years. During the warranty period, we bear the cost of the accessories, and the customer bears the international freight.
4. How long is the lead time?
Tunnel type takes 40-45 working days; Rollover type takes 20 working days; Touchless type takes 10 working days. Wheel washing machine takes 5 working days; Bus and truck washing machine takes 30-35 working days. Non-standard voltage configuration needs to add an additional 10-15 working days.
5. If one part is broken, will it affect the operation of the entire device?
This is one of the key design advantages of our equipment. If an accessory is broken at the peak of the washing schedule, the operator can manually disable that specific function on the touch screen without affecting the normal operation of other functions. Damaged parts can be easily replaced during off-hours.
6. My staff and I do not have any professional knowledge of equipment, how to manage and maintain it?
Our equipment is very simple to maintain, and the operation manual provides detailed step-by-step instructions. If the equipment fails, the touch screen will display an alarm record. The operator only needs to take photos of the fault code and the part, and our technicians will provide the solution.
